The classes are presented on television, online and live at builder’s model homes, community centers, company lunch hours and fine dining establishments. Down Payment Assistance Programs
Purpose: To connect home buyers with mortgage experts who specialize in down payment assistance programs that reduce or eliminate the need for a down payment.
Benefit: Allows home buyers to purchase a home with little or no money down.

Renner Realty connects home buyer’s with lenders who work with local, state and federal down payment assistance programs that offer home buyers help with the down payment. Several of these programs will cover up to 100% of the down payment allowing the home buyer to move forward with a home purchase rather than waiting & saving for a down payment.
Closing Cost Assistance Programs
Purpose: To connect home buyers with sellers, builders and mortgage experts that help cover some or all of closing cost associated with the purchase of a home.
Benefit: Allows home buyers to purchase a home with little or no money to close.
Many home buyers are surprised by the amount of closing costs it takes to purchase a home. Renner Realty works with builders, sellers & local, state and federal programs to help cover some or all of the closing costs associated with the purchase of a home. Renner Realty can, at times, contribute to a portion of the buyer’s closing costs if necessary. This allows home buyers who are coming up a little short of funds at closing to still move forward with the home purchase.
Credit Restoration & Financial Optimization Programs
Purpose: To help a home buyer improve their credit scores and optimize their financial position to prepare for homeownership.
Benefit: To move a home buyer into the position of being able to obtain a home loan with the most favorable terms.
Renner Realty works with mortgage experts and reputable credit restoration firms to help home buyers with credit challenges and to increase their credit scores. The team provides an expert financial consultation and personal guidance to rearrange their credit picture. The goal is to optimize the buyer’s financial position to obtain the most favorable mortgage lending terms. Lease Negotiation & Buyout Programs
Purpose: Providing renters with expert landlord/tenant lease negotiation assistance to allow them to break a lease with the least amount of hassle and expense.
Benefit: To help renters remove the obstacle of a lease from purchasing a home.
It is common for renters to feel they are stuck in a lease preventing them from moving ahead with the purchase of a home. Renner Realty assists home buyers out of their lease by negotiating with landlords and/or contributing to some or all of the costs associated with breaking a lease. This frees up the home buyer to make a purchase decision at their convenience rather than at the mercy of a lease agreement.
Purpose: To provide a rental home for potential home buyers prior to purchasing.
Benefit: Providing an interim home while a home buyer transitions from being a renter to becoming a homeowner.
Renner Realty has a unique rent-to-own program that allows a potential home buyer to lease a property temporarily while they are preparing to purchase a home. This allows them the opportunity to save for a down payment and to be coached through other issues such as credit challenges. Our rent-to-own properties will allow a home buyer out of the lease at any time with a 60 day notice so they can purchase and close on their next home.
